Florida man arrested after allegedly breaking into office, leaving sign in window saying ‘Secretary wanted, $17/hour’
A man broke into the office of Custom Pools by Precision in Port Charlotte last Saturday, but instead of taking anything he left a sign begging for an assistant secretary at $17.00 per hour.
Deputies say that this is not only bizarre and odd behavior, it’s also illegal to enter someone else’s private property without permission or consent with intent to commit burglary – even if you’re just helping yourself to some food from their fridge!
One thing he didn’t do while inside was steal anything – if that wasn’t strange enough already! The weirdest thing is what he left behind: A sign saying “Secretary wanted”.
