Florida man arrested after chugging $7 bottle of wine in Walmart bathroom.
The man who tried to leave a Florida Walmart with $6.98 worth of wine stuffed down his pants was arrested at the scene by Pinellas Park Police, according to reports in local media outlets on Wednesday.
The 55-year old thief had apparently consumed most if not all of whatever he purchased before police arrived and then attempted unsuccessfully to exit without paying for anything else–only this time it wasn’t just some small candy but rather an entire bottle!
Kelley was inside a Walmart on U.S. 19 when he allegedly tucked a bottle of Barefoot Riesling wine into his pants and walked straight to the bathroom, court documents obtained by WTSP reported.
While in the restroom, Kelley took out said bottle from its hiding spot and drank it all before tossing away the container with ease as if nothing had happened at all- even though we know that’s not how things turned out for him!
