Florida man accused of forcing small alligator to drink b**r.
Authorities say they’ve arrested and charged a Florida man, Kepke with provoking an alligator to bite his arm.
Authorities also allege that Kepke fed the animal b**r as it struggled while trying to free itself from captivity.
Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission officers began investigating in August following a complaint of another man Osborne catching the alligator and handing it to Kepke.
