Brian Copening approached the victim and asked him for a b**r. When he refused, Brian began to beat the man with his own stick until they were both b****y while also cutting them up as well.
The witness told officers that she thought Brian was going to k**l this poor soul because of how badly beaten he was already from just asking for one measly drink!
