Florida man arrested after whipping out samurai sword in trash dispute.
Curtis Miller is a 54-year-old man who was arrested Monday on an attempted second degree m****r charge in connection with the incident, which was caught on video.
The victim, Todd Beavers, stood at the edge of his driveway with the wheelbarrow while talking on the phone.
He noticed that Curtis Miller came toward him down the street and stepped out onto the sidewalk. As he did so, you can see that one hand holds what looks like a samurai sword (though it’s unclear if this is actually what happened).
The video then shows that this is not some lame prank or joke because as soon as he enters frame, our unsuspecting hero pulls out what looks like a Samurai-style katana sword from behind his back and starts swinging it in heavy downward swipes against poor Mr. Beavers who stands there completely unaware of what’s about to happen next!
