Florida man injured after rolling vehicle near Pleasant Hill Township.
Altura Police Department arrested 28-year old Ronald James Dean Heard Jr., of Altura, for felony domestic a*****t and gross misdemeanor interference with an emergency communication.
The arrest occurred just outside the 11000 block County Road 41 in Altura when officers responding to a call were verbally assaulted by their suspect before he tried fleeing.
The man was rescued by the authorities after his vehicle rolled into a ditch.
When they arrived, he had sustained non-life threatening injuries and needed to be transported from Pleasant Hill Township to Winona Health via Ridgeway Ambulance for treatment.
